MIRA steps out of the lab

After nearly three months of development and testing, MIRA made its public debut at Startup Demo Day. The robotic assistant welcomed delegates, introduced guests, held voice conversations and helped host the programme.

Developed at AIDC by Faizan S. Ahmed, Dr. Sujata Pandey and Dr. Vinayak Majhi, the project brought a laboratory idea into a live institutional setting. The post captures the team’s first event-hosting milestone and the experience of watching its work interact with a real audience.
